I want to know if a I have to change my train ticket how can i do it. Can I change in SBB.ch or app? And at the train station?. I will fly to Zurich so I need to know in case the plane not arrived on time.

You can easily have tickets purchased online refunded via the SBB Mobile App or sbb.ch, instructions for which can be found here.
If you bought your tickets at the ticket counter, contact a public transport sales outlet or the SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).
Did you buy your ticket as a guest as you don’t have a user account? Then use the refund form to claim a refund for your ticket: Refund of tickets purchased online and via mobile | SBB help & contact

But is only refund possible? is not posible to change train tiket for example for the next train?

What I would like to know is WHERE to CHANGE the train ticket hour if I don’t arrive on time, I don’t want a refund. The ticket has a fully flexible fare.

If you have bought a normal train ticket, i.e. not an saver ticket, then you can also take an earlier or later connection.
If you bought a saver ticket, then you have to buy a new ticket and get the saver ticket refunded.
In principle, you can make an exchange at the SBB counter or by phone at the Railservice. Tel: 0848 44 66 88 CHF 0.08/Min
