- If it is an international ticket purchased online (sbb.ch), you have to call us on +41 848 44 66 88. If you are calling from abroad and this number does not work, please try +41 51 225 78 00.
- If you bought this ticket in a Swiss train station, you have to go directly to the ticket office.
