Dear all,

I have booked a ticket (day pass) for october, 20th but I'll like to change it for October.

Can we do this?

Hello @Rbadu_123,

Please contact our refund service by email at ticketshop@sbb.ch. We recommend, before witting,to buy a new day pass with the date of 26.10.2019.
