"Unfortunately, the selected offer is not available." Booking error for bus 107

Hi,

When booking a ticket via the app and the online platform on line B 107 where reservation is compulsory I get the following error message:

"Unfortunately, the selected offer is not available. Please choose another product or contact Support."

Due to a technical malfunction a booking on our webshop or mobile app is currently not available. We apologize for the error. Please try the purchase again and otherwise contact directly our Rail Service on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min).
