Hi @foonyIf the order was placed by logging-in, you can view the tickets you've bought online on SBB Mobile.

All tickets are listed under “Journeys and tickets”. iPhone users can also add all their purchased tickets directly to their Apple Wallet. These tickets will then appear automatically on the device’s home screen on the day that they are valid.

If you have met the above conditions and still can't add the ticket to the wallet, please send an e-mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch.

Kind regards

I must be a really dumb user because I am looking at my ticket on my phone under Trips and Tickets and can see no way to add it to wallet...what is the process to add to wallet ?

Tks

I don't think you are dumb at all. I have many advanced degrees and also see no way to add tickets to wallet. The web FAQ also says tickets purchased to other names can be transferred to them (on their iPhone, with names and DOB required on the train) but airdropping and iMessage just sends the generic home page of SBB, no ticket identifier. Someone at SBB please type simple instructions on transferring tickets from smart phone to smart phone.

Hello @jsollender

Thank you for your request.

In order to activate or deactivate Wallet tap on “my settings” and then on “other settings”. This allows you to select the desired setting. For information concerning sending tickets by iMessage, I recommend you to contact our Ticketshop-Support: ticketshop@sbb.ch.

I wish you a nice day.

Kind regards,
