I need to retrieve the receipt of an order, but I created my account after I bought the tickets. So now the search field require the date of the travel and it doesn't bring any travel / order at all (I guess it's because I didn't have an account when I ordered). Is there a way to find my order by its number?

You don't see tickets in your user account, if you order as guest.
After buying a ticket online, you can download it by clicking on the download link displayed in the confirmation e-mail. You can then print it out using your PDF reader’s print function (please do not use your browser’s print function).

Hello Sandral, How do I access a ticket I bought as a guest. I entered the wrong email and cannot find where to access my ticket bought.

If this is the case, please call our colleagues at the SBB Contact Center (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min): they can search with your name or with the wrongly spelled email address and send the ticket to the right one.
