can't buy train tickets in advance

I have to buy train tickets in advance because I'm busy.
But I can't.
For what reason?
I really want to buy it. Help me.

Hallo @HyeKyeongHong,

The problem has already been announced. You can't buy a ticket up to Grindelwald because there is a bus. If you want you can have your Ticket till Spiez.
