I purchased 2 supersaver tickets online but unfortunately, I forgot to login to my account before doing so. I tried to add them to my account afterwards, both via the website and the app, but could not find the option anywhere.
Could you help me to do so ?

If you buy a ticket without login it is no longer possible to add it to your account.

Do you know if it is possible to get my tickets (supersaver) cancelled and refunded? I have to cancel my travel plans due to covid restrictions and no longer need the train tickets.
