I’ve bought a half priced ticket online wrongly but I don’t have a half price card. Could I pay the remaining fee on the train? The ticket is a super saver ticket
Please book your ticket with the correct details and the completely identical route again under www.sbb.ch/en (or with the application SBB Mobile for mobile cellular phones) and forward us the new order number by e-mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch before the departure of the booked train in your former booking.
