Wrong personal data on swisspass

I got my SwissPass Card yesterday but the operator has copied in the wrong birth month form my passport. I tried to see if I can change my personal data but the birth date is not modifiable. How can I deal with this problem?

In order to make the modification, please go directly to a SBB counter. 



But what if we are out of the country and trying to get plans booked? Is there no way to change the birthday?
