Which train and which ticket to get

First time to Switzerland. Needing 2 tickets from Basel to Luzern in June and then how to get to Kriens or Alpnachstad for the Mt. Pilatus tour and back to Basel the same day. Not sure which station to get off at and which kind of ticket to buy.
