Where are our Halftax cards?

On 26/1/22 I bought two Halftax cards. One for my husband and one for me. My credit card was debited, but I can't find it on the sbb.ch app under my account. Nothing reflects that I bought them valid from 20/2/22. Though I have a screenshot of both. How can I find them?

Thank you for your question.

You can find your Travelcards on your online account on www.swisspass.ch. If you have not registered yet, I recommend you to do this right away. If you connect then with your login data on the SBB Mobile App, your Half Fare Travelcard will appear.

If it does not work out, please call our Contact Center 0848 44 66 88 (CHF0.08/Min.)
