Visit Milan with the Swiss Travel Pass

SOLVED

Hi,

I have a Swiss travel pass and planning to travel from Luzern to Milan and then to Montreux. My understanding is that I need to buy train tickets from:

- Chiasso to Milan

- Milan to Domodossola

The rest of the train journey will be covered by the Swiss Travel Pass. Appreciate if anyone can confirm if this is correct or is there something I have missed.

Thanks,

Richard

Can I confirm that the EC train from Brig to Domodossola is free using Swiss Travel Pass? and can we choose "GA Travel" as reduction because I did not see "Swiss Travel Pass" when choosing Brig to Milano?

Hello @rong5

Thank you for your message.

If you buy the ticket for the connection Brig - Milano and you have a Swiss Travel Pass, you can enter the GA Travel as reduction. Alternatively, you can buy the ticket directly from Domodossola to Milano.

I wish you a nice day.

Kind regards, GiorgiaB
