Time limit exceeded - journey no longer available.

I have paid ticket form website from  Frankfurt to Luzern via my visa card. I receive message after payment done is "Time limit exceeded - journey no longer available."  and this amount has charge in my card. What should I do for cancel this transaction?

Thank you for your request.

Normally, the payment method is only debited when the purchase is effectively completed and when you receive a confirmation mail.

In most cases, if you do not receive an email with the confirmation, the purchase could not be completed and the amount was only reserved and will not be effectively debited. In this case I recommend you to check your order at the SBB Contact Center by calling the number 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min.)
