Ticket prices from Geneva to Milan and to Paris for tourists

Do the travel cards for tourists (i.e. Swiss Travel Passes and Half Fare Card for Tourists) provide discounts on tickets from Geneva to Milan and for Geneva to Paris? When I go through the online booking process for these tickets on SBB's web site, I see options to select Swiss discount cards, but they look like only the resident-based discount cards, not the tourist cards.
