I knew that both names had to be entered, so I wrote both names and emails when making a reservation. However, the mail came only to me, and the passenger's name was written only on me.

As a result of asking the community,
I received a reply saying that 2 tickets with the same name for 2 passengers are not possible and I need to buy a new ticket.
In this case, even though I wrote all the names at the time of purchase, it came only with the name of one passenger. How should I handle it?

Did you specify the names as Passenger 1 and Passenger 2?


If you bought two tickets on the same name, provided it is not a Supersaver ticket, you can request a refund for one of it:

Choose as first reason:
