Dear Sirs,

 

I bought 2 (go & return) TGV ticket for Paris for today. unfortunately, I'm sick and cannot travel.

Can I get reimbursed? what do I need to do?

I recommend that you contact our Rail Service directly +41 848 44 66 88. Please have your order number ready so that the Rail Service can check your ticket and the conditions.
