I purchased two train tickets from Interlaken to Milan, departing at 7:04 on July 24, 2019. I also received a text message from a credit card company that the payment was completed. But I can't find the ticket I bought on SBB site. Also, there was no ticket by mail. According to the credit card site, the money was paid.
