I purchased two train tickets from Interlaken to Milan, departing at 7:04 on July 24, 2019. I also received a text message from a credit card company that the payment was completed. But I can't find the ticket I bought on SBB site. Also, there was no ticket by mail. According to the credit card site, the money was paid.

You can check the payment details of 190,918 won(approximately 168 francs) in the attached file. (yellow mark)
