The differences between the customer account on swisspass.ch and the user account on SBB.ch.
Your customer account on swisspass.ch is the basis for a public transport travelcard such as the Half Fare Travelcard or GA Travelcard.
If you buy tickets on SBB.ch or in the SBB Mobile / SBB Preview app, you have the option of logging in with the same access details as for swisspass.ch. This means you have only one login for your public transport services. On SBB.ch, this account is called a ‘user account’.
