Switzerland to Italy Ticket Offers

Hello! I am travelling from Thun to Florence and want to buy my tickets. What I am confused about this the many "special offer" options. I do want tickets that have the option for refund but I'm seeing many of them with different prices. Can someone explain this? I tried comparing the conditions and validity for 4 of the options and from what I can see its maybe that only some of the trips are refundable? If you have a recommendation on which to buy that would be very helpful. Not sure if I should just pay the extra money and get the standard offer for peace of mind. Thanks!

However, you can click on the information sign at the offer overview or details to get more info about the offer.
