My friend studies in Munich and we want to buy her a monthly seven25 card. She does not have a Swisscard right now. If we purchase seven25 online, would her Swisspass be delivered to Munich as well?

Exactly, the SwissPass card is also delivered to Germany. However, you have to expect a longer delivery time.
Make sure that the address is correct.
