It depends what travelcard you have on your swisspass card. Here you have all the prices and please check the question mark by "Adults reduced", if your allowed to buy one of 159.- or the full fare: Top of Europe Pass | jungfrau.ch

Not quite. You can also see in the area of validity of the Swiss Travel Pass that you have a discount on individual routes. The best thing to do is to contact Jungfrau Railways.
You will find the area of validity under downloads: sbb.ch/en/leisure-holidays
