I recommend you to first log in on www.swisspass.ch.
- Make sure that you already linked your customer number (10-digits xxx-xxx-xxx-x) with you SwissPass account.
- Click on "Card" and see if there is your phisical SwissPass card
If everything is linked you can proceed with the SBB mobile app.
- Log in with the linked SwissPass account by tapping on the menu (top left 3 white bars) and select "Log in"
- Click again on the menu and select settings
- Tap on "My SwissPass" and your phisical card with your subscriptions should be visible after a little tutorial/into of usage
If the site shows you an info that the customer number is already linked with another email or somethings wrong with the SBB mobile app, please call our SBB Contact Center +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min.) or from abroad +41 51 225 78 00. In this case, due to the protection of your data, I cannot help you via the SBB Community.
