I had booked my Swiss Travel Pass but the dates was defaulted to date of booking instead of date of travel. I wanted to understand the refund procedure or change of dates ? I have tried reaching the contact center number provided in the website but it does not seem to be working. Is there an international contact number for SB that I can reach out to ?
