Swiss Travel Pass Flex Multiple Ticket Query

I plan to purchase two flex travel passes (e-tickets) for my wife and would like to add them into our iphone wallets.  Does this mean that we must individually create sbb mobile accounts or would a single account be sufficient?

Whilst living in the UK, how long should I allow for e-ticket delivery before leaving for Switzerland?

Having read fellow forum posts regarding issues concerning the addition of e-tickets to wallets, I would be grateful for clear guidance on the current process?

Thank you in anticipation

Hi @RopeVilla

You add Swiss Travel Passes to your smartphone wallet, such as the iPhone wallet. Not to the sbb mobile app.

You can still create a swisspass account and download the sbb mobile app for other purposes, such as checking the timetable or buying point-to-point tickets. In this case, you and your wife need separate accounts.

I didn't quite understand what you meant by "e-ticket delivery". E-tickets can be purchased up to 2 months before the date of travel and should be ready for printing out immediately.
