Swiss Travel Flex pass purchased, but not received

I purchased 2 - 8 day passes and thought I would be able to print something. 

This is what the email that states:

Not valid for travel. Please activate each of your freely selectable travel days before every first journey at www.activateyourpass.com.

Do I present this email the first time I want to use it?

This is all correct. And no, the e-mail is not valid for travel, as mentioned.

Go to the www.activateyourpass.com website and enter the dates you want to use your pass. Only by doing so the online ticket containing a QR code will be generated for each activated day.

Hello @Lbruett 

The data of the travel days must be entered by the holders themselves in the corresponding fields with a ballpoint pen or activated electronically on activateyourpass.comLink before the start of the first trip of the day in question.

You can then show them to the controller.
