Swiss Travel Flex pass purchased, but not received

I purchased 2 - 8 day passes and thought I would be able to print something. 

This is what the email that states:

Not valid for travel. Please activate each of your freely selectable travel days before every first journey at

Do I present this email the first time I want to use it?

This is all correct. And no, the e-mail is not valid for travel, as mentioned.

Go to the website and enter the dates you want to use your pass. Only by doing so the online ticket containing a QR code will be generated for each activated day.

The data of the travel days must be entered by the holders themselves in the corresponding fields with a ballpoint pen or activated electronically on activateyourpass.comLink before the start of the first trip of the day in question.

You can then show them to the controller.
