Hi team,
I have bought my Half Fare Travel card which will be effective on May 15 on May 6. I now have 2 questions that need your support:
- Can I pick up my card at the ticket counter at Zurich HB or Zurich airport on May 15, instead of delivering it back to my house in Vietnam as ordered?
- Can I move the First day of validity of the card earlier so that I can enjoy other benefit of the card for example at Europecar rental?
