Swiss Half Fare Card (Physical Card)

Hello SBB Team, my name is Hanis, from Singapore.

I recently purchased the Swiss Half Fare Card. As i did it online, i have received the E-Ticket Card versions. Is it possible to also attain the physical cards as well? The tickets are valid from 21 July 2022.

Thank you for your question.

If you bought the Swiss Half Fare Card for one month, you will not receive the physical card but you can show the printed pdf ticket in the train or the e-ticket.
