Swiss Flex Pass

I recently purchased the Swiss Flex Travel pass for 8 days. I am able to activate the card on the day of my choice. My question is do I need a physical card beyond the mobile ticket? I am in the US and travelling in about 8 weeks so want to be prepared. I tried linking the flex pass to the sbb app but it keeps asking for a customer number which I don't have. A follow up question, in purchasing additional tickets, how do I apply discounts using the Flex pass for excursions to Jungfraujoch for example.  Any help would be great!

Hello @Raj89

You do not need anything in addition to the SwissPass Travel Flex Online Ticket. At the control you show the online ticket and when you are on site at the partner railroad as well. This way you also get the discount on the mountain railroads. I wish you a nice stay in Switzerland.
