No, this is not possible. You cannot combine the Saver Day Pass with international tickets. A Saver Day Pass is not a GA and is not eligible for buying international tickets. Either, you buy a ticket from Zermatt to Venice, while the half fare is applied for Zermatt to Domodossola route.
Or, you travel to Domodossola with your Saver Day Pass using a RE train. And you buy an Eurocity ticket from Domodossola to Venice, including the mandatory seat reservation.
