Request for refund due to Corona Virus

Hi, due to the travel restrictions brought about by corona virus, we have to cancel all our booked tickets in SBB. I am not sure if SBB website is working properly as I am not able to process the refund. Will you do me a favor and please cancel all our tickets, ORDER NO.
