Hi,
I am Srihari from India. I want to travel from Zurich to Rheinfalls on July 22rd 2019. But, I booked ticket for June 22rd 2019 today. My order number is 488799293. I want to cancel the ticket and get a refund. Since tomorrow is June 22nd, I request you to cancel my June 22nd ticket as soon as possible.
PS: I booked a ticket for July 22rd 2019.

I applied for the refund and I received a reply as follows,

We have refunded the ticket of your order 488799293. The amount of CHF 36.40 has been credited to the payment card used for the purchase. This includes a fee of CHF 10.00.

But, the refund is not credited to my card yet. I would like to know how long it will take to get processed and credit to my account.

We refunded the ticket of the order 488799293 today. Depending on the credit card it may take a couple of days for the credit to be made.
For further queries regarding your credit card, please contact your credit card company.

The amount is always credited to the payment method used for the purchase. This may take a few days, regardless of the payment method (credit card, debit card, twint etc.).
