It depends on the type of ticket.

If you have purchased your tickets at the train station or the ticket machine, please go the next railway station counter.
If you have purchased your tickets online, please write an e-mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch and also submit your order number.

I booked 'individual ticket' online from interlaken to Geneva for the date 06 September 2018 .
And Now my plan is changed, so i want to cancel this ticket.
I want to know the cancellation process of individual ticket which is brought online ?
And are there any cancellation charges applied ?
