hello~

 

I book supersaver ticket

but, my child ticket was missed.

 

and I rebook tickets

 

so I want to refound my fist ticket

 

how can i do??

 

please help me. thank you.

Hi @jake

Thanks for your request.

We can refund the wrong ticket before departure of the train, cancellation fees are CHF 10.-
Can you give me the order number of this ticket?
