Payment failed; Money deduced

I tried to make a purchase of the following ticket today:

Genève to Montreux 2nd class. Sat, 04.11.2017.

I payed with my card. After being processed for a fairly long time the payment of CHF 62.00 has failed. No email confirmation was sent to the address I indicated in the form ( However, the money have been deduced from my bank account. The transaction hasn't been put on the list yet, but the money have been deduced. Will this purchase be refunded? When?

Please send them the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of your creditcard as well as the E-Mail Adress you used and the desired stretch you tried to purchase.
