Partial Ticket Refund?

Hi, I purchased 2 tickets yesterday from Basel to Lauterbrunnen for next month.  Now I found that I can purchase a Swiss Family Travel Pass and my 12 year old son travels Free.

Should I refund my tickets, buy the Swiss Travel Pass, and then purchase my ticket again?  Or will SBB CCF FFS provide a refund for my son's ticket?  I've tried calling all the numbers on the site and am unfortunately unable to talk with someone.
