Paid GA travelcard and did not receive it. How does SBB compensate issues?

I paid for my first GA travelcard and I have been charged but I have not received the travelcard.

I called customer service more than 10 times during 2 hours without answer.

This customer service is not acceptable for customers. People trust in your company and then we are charged 3860 CHF without any confirmation and absolutely no support.

How does SBB compensate this kind of issues?
