Today I have booked ticket for correct dates.So Kindly help me in getting refund of the money for the booking done on 04-September-2021.

Is your issue resolved.
Can you help me on how to handle this situation. I have a similar issue where I accidently selected today's date(14 Apr 2022) as start date while I am booking swiss travel pass. I raised a compliant immediately through the online form, I got a response that wait for 10 business days and I also tried calling customer care but no luck, after listening the whole story team is disconnecting my call.
Would like to check if your issue is resolved and how did you handle your case.
