No tickets! And no way to refund

I have purchased a couple of tickets to travel from Milan to Goppestein station. I received the charge on the credit card and an order number, but I can not see the train tickets to print. Also, the option to refund is not available on the webpage. 

I downloaded the app and my purchased tickets also do not appear.
