Night train enter a station later than the booking

Hi

I have a bed reserved from Amsterdam to Zurich. However as I am staying in Utrecht I would like to enter the train in Utrecht and not go to Amsterdam first. Is this possible?

Thank you for your request.

This is not possible. The right to reserved seats expires if they are not occupied within 15 minutes of the train's departure. After this deadline, they can be allocated to other passengers by the train staff.
