My half fare card is not working when I am trying to purchase tickets on the mobile app.

Hello @chris1975

You can change the reduction under «My Settings» and «Travelers» or in the step «Ticket Option». Please click on «Edit travelers».

The reduced price is not automatically calculated even if the SwissPass is registered in the app SBB Mobile.
