My Half fare is valid but I received a message said it has been blocked?

I paid 100CHF to renew my half-fare but I received a message from number 222 that said my half-fare has been blocked. I checked on SwissPass and it said my card is still valid. Should I visit the office to check with my travel card or I don't need to worry?

Because I'm planning to go on a trip and this is very important.

Thank you very much for your question. 

Please contact the SBB Contact Center or visit an SBB  ticket counter to check the payment status: if we did not receive the payment, and it was due for longer than 30 days, the card gets blocked. 

The contract status can still be valid when this happens, because we do not cancel your half fare travel card subscription straight away if the payment is late or there is a problem with it.

I am facing the same problem. I have paid the debt collection centre, but it is still blocked. The card is supposed to be valid till September 4 -- Please help!
