Please contact the SBB Contact Center or visit an SBB ticket counter to check the payment status: if we did not receive the payment, and it was due for longer than 30 days, the card gets blocked.
The contract status can still be valid when this happens, because we do not cancel your half fare travel card subscription straight away if the payment is late or there is a problem with it.
