Multi-Journey Ticket Damaged

I have a Multiple-Journey ticket but the corner has become damaged.

When I insert it into the punch machine (Entwerter) it does not punch.

So the ticket is not valid.

What can I do?

You can change your damaged ticket directly at the station.
