I bought a train ticket as a guest online, but mistyped my email address.
I didn't notice my mistake until I was buying the return leg of the journey. I have therefore paid for a ticket, but have not received email confirmation, nor did I print off the ticket immediately after buying as I thought I would have the email version.
Is there a way to retrieve my ticket, as I do not have the order number. But I do know the exact mistake I made with my email address (misplaced full stop) and the ticket I had bought?

This is very unfortunate. As I imagine it will be difficult if not impossible to retrieve your order as there are thousands of tickets purchases a day. I do not know it exactly, perhaps @NicolasK has got the answer?
Alternatively, get in touch with the SBB Contact Center +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min). If you are calling from abroad and this number doesn't work, please try +41 51 225 78 00.
