Hello, my ticket order is not showing up in my SBB online or the SBB Mobile app account. I created the account during the purchase, but somehow, I must have missed a step.
How can I get the ticket order on the account after purchase?

I called today, and the bottom line is that the order was purchased as a Guest and cannot be added to the mobile app. That's not the end of the world, but is a bit inconvenient.

It may be that there was a mistake during the registration and you bought the ticket as a guest or the purchase failed. For more information about your booking, please contact the Contact Center at +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) or from abroad at +41 51 225 78 00.
