Issue of cancelling for Swiss Half Fare Travelcard

Dear Sir / Madam,

 
I have an issue with making a refund for the Swiss half fare travelcard( It's for foreigners, bought 120CHF for a month )
 
I followed the refund instructions on the SBB official website, but it said that I don't have any travelcard.
 
Could you help me with the issue?
