We regret the problems that you are having in using our Ticket Shop.
f the order was placed by logging-in, then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition under www.sbb.ch/en - Login. In case the just placed order cannot be found under "Orders", then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time.
If you have placed an order without logging-in, plese submit the following informations by e-mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch:
- What are the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card:
- Purchase on SBB.ch or SBB Mobile:
- Amount in CHF:
- Order date/time:
- E-Mail address (with which you have ordered the ticket):
- Name of orderer:
