Dear Sir/Madam,
I have the same problem that I fail to check my ticket order (just placed), but the transaction is charged (by VISA card).
Do I need to place a new order again? What should I do to know my purchase successful or not?
I am a bit hurry to get the tickets, please advise.

I check with my bank, and they telll that the charge is granted to SBB already.
Could you please assist to check if the tickets are purchased indeed?

E-Mail address (with which you have ordered the Online Ticket):

Name of orderer:

Did you buy tickets on our website www.sbb.ch?
If the order was placed by logging-in you may find your ticket under “my account” and “my orders”. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time. In case you don’t find your ticket under “my orders” then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card.
