I inquire about compensation due to train cancellation. (i have no iban)

I got off halfway through the journey from grindelwald to frankfurt due to a problem with the rails. (offenburg)

I Inquire for compensation for train cancellations and alternative transportation.
The homepage requires iban.
Because I'm Korean, I don't have iban, I have only swift code.
There is no space to write the swift code on the homepage. And if iban is not entered, the subsequent process will not proceed.
Please help me get rewards without iban.
